How to Book Weddings & Events
As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, we shall send you our invoice for the 50% of the total wedding cost as an advance payment by Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account (details will be provided upon knowing your choice to pay). .
Balance 50% can even be paid by you upon your arrival in Wedding Destination (unless specified otherwise in certain cases).
Please note that some hotels need 100% payment before the wedding or Event, therefore it is advisable to make all the payments before the wedding date unless specified by the wedding planner on partial payment, but even in this case we need a Credit card guarantee.
Other Terms and Conditions -
The Users availing services from Fiestro Events shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of Fiestro Events shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement. The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that Fiestro Events acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third-party service providers, and therefore, all services provided shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers.
The user agrees that there can be "Force Maj-ure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, epidemic, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc. resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation, other vendors and providers not able to honour confirmed bookings. In such an event Fiestro Events shall not be responsible shall not be liable to pay any compensation, refund, interest or damages and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being of the user.
Fiestro Events hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
